Our operating hours are from 13:30 to 21:00, and we sell admission tickets in 30-minute time slots. Please purchase an admission ticket for the time you wish to visit. Admission tickets must be purchased by the person who intends to attend. For groups, the group representative should purchase the tickets.
Regardless of the regulations of online travel agencies (OTAs), admission tickets are valid only for the person who made the reservation and their companions, and cannot be transferred or resold to a third party. Transferring or reselling purchased tickets, whether for profit or non-profit purposes, and whether paid or free, is prohibited by the facility's terms of use. (Except in cases where a group representative makes a reservation and distributes tickets to other members of the group.)
To enter, you will need a QR code issued by our facility. Those who have made a reservation will receive a reservation confirmation email from "bjf-support@brother.co.jp". Please fill in the required information using the link provided in the email, and then present the issued QR code to our staff at the reception. While some online travel booking sites may issue their own QR codes, these cannot be used for reservations at our facility.
You do not need to print out reservation confirmation emails from various booking sites. After making a reservation, please fill in the required information using the link provided in the email sent from "bjf-support@brother.co.jp". Then, present the generated QR code to our staff at the reception. Even if a separate QR code is issued by an online travel booking site, it cannot be used for reservation confirmation at our facility.
We do not issue printed admission tickets. Those who have made a reservation will receive an email from "bjf-support@brother.co.jp". Please fill in the required information using the link provided in the email, and then present the generated QR code to the staff at the reception.
Please obtain your admission ticket receipt from the online travel agency (OTA) you used. For additional experiences and merchandise creation within the facility, a receipt will be issued at the time of purchase.
Yes, we can issue a handwritten receipt. Please note that receipts can only be issued in Japanese.

Our facility's admission ticket includes the Samurai Legend experience. This includes changing into martial arts practice kimono (traditional Japanese clothing), participating in swordsmanship training and filming using a giant LED screen, and receiving a commemorative t-shirt and video. Additionally, various other experiences and merchandise creation are available for an extra charge.
Regarding admission tickets, please refer to your preferred reservation website.
For original goods and paid experiences purchased inside the facility, we ask that customers check the finished product on site, so we cannot accept returns.
When accompanying as an assistant for a person with a disability, up to one assistant can enter without a ticket.
Please note in advance that assistants without a ticket cannot participate in experiences such as Samurai Legend, and will only be able to observe and support.
Our facility has a capacity of 4 people per 30-minute slot, which is the total accepted number across all booking sites combined.
Therefore, if other customers have already made a reservation for your desired date and time, you can apply for the remaining number of slots up to the maximum capacity of 4 people.
In addition to the reserved capacity, up to one child aged 7 and under per group can accompany you without a ticket.
However, for safety reasons, please note in advance that children aged 7 and under cannot participate in experiences such as Samurai Legend and will only be able to observe.

Wheelchair users are welcome. You can move around the building in a wheelchair, however, for safety and system reasons, participation in the Samurai Legend experience will not be possible.
Strollers are permitted to enter the building, but they cannot be used inside. Please leave your stroller at the building entrance as oversized luggage. (Free of charge)
Pets are not allowed inside the premises.
Guide dogs, hearing dogs, service dogs, and other assistance dogs (dogs that assist people with disabilities) are permitted to accompany you in accordance with the law.

In principle, we ask that you refrain from bringing in anything other than beverages in sealed plastic bottles. (This includes beverages in bottles and cans, alcoholic beverages, bento boxes, rice balls, snacks, and other food items.)

Large luggage including suitcases, skating equipment such as roller shoes and skateboards, bats, wooden swords and golf clubs, photography equipment such as tripods and monopods, and pets (excluding guide dogs and service dogs).
[Dangerous Goods] Bladed objects such as utility knives and scissors, firearms, gasoline, drugs, poisons, explosives such as firecrackers, and heavy objects that could be used as weapons, such as blunt instruments.
Please refrain from eating. Only drinks kept in containers with a lid or plastic bottles are allowed.
There are no smoking areas inside the building. Please use public smoking areas near the station or other facilities in the surrounding area.
We prohibit any behavior that may offend other guests, excessively revealing clothing, arriving while intoxicated, and entering employee-only areas.

There is no time limit on your stay inside the building after admission, however, if you exceed 90 minutes from your reserved entry time, you will no longer be able to make new reservations for experiences or merchandise creation. Also, please be aware that if the building becomes crowded, staff may ask you to refrain from using your seat or the dedicated terminal.
In addition to the Samurai Legend experience included with your admission ticket, you can apply for and pay for any additional experiencees or merchandise creation using the dedicated tablets inside the facility.
Customers are responsible for their own payments and can use the following cashless payment methods. Please note that cash cannot be used within the facility. Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, etc.), electronic money (transportation IC cards, iD, QUICPay, etc.), QR code payments (PayPay, d払い, Rakuten Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, etc.).
You cannot register for the next experience or merchandise creation until your current experience or merhcandise creation is complete. You may register for the next experience within 90 minutes of your entry time at the end of each experience.
If multiple customers have booked the same experience, we will generally serve them in the order of booking. However, if there are many bookings, you may have to wait in line. Similarly, you may have to wait in line for merchandise creation during busy periods.
In principle, you can participate in any experience you have applied for and paid for. However, please be aware that if there is a high volume of applications for a particular experience during peak times, the system may be unable to process your application.
Taking photos and videos and posting them on social media is permitted, but the following photography activities are prohibited: • Use of photographic support equipment longer than 30 cm, such as monopods, tripods, or selfie sticks. • Flash photography. • Drone photography. • Commercial photography or reporting without prior permission. • Any other actions that disturb other customers.

We regret to inform you that we do not have a kids' play area, nursing room, or diaper changing station inside the venue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and we would appreciate it if those who require these facilities would consider making arrangements in advance or using nearby facilities. Please feel free to speak to a staff member if you have any problems.
We do not have stroller rentals available. You are welcome to enter the building with a stroller, but you may not use it inside the building.
For the Samurai Legend Experience a green screen will be used, so please refrain from wearing green clothing to avoid interference. Also, since you will be wearing the provided martial arts practice kimono (traditional Japanese clothing) over your clothes, please refrain from wearing clothing with a collar that cannot be rolled up, or skirts. Please note that Samurai Legend is an interactive activity where you move your body while watching a monitor, and your actions will be photographed and videotaped. If you wear glasses, please consider wearing contact lenses if possible.
You will be wearing a martial arts practice kimono (traditional Japanese clothing) over the clothes you are already wearing, so you do not need to remove anything except your shoes and socks. As the martial arts practice kimono (traditional Japanese clothing) will be worn over your clothes, please refrain from wearing clothing with a collar that cannot be rolled up, or skirts. Please note that Samurai Legend is an interactive activity where you move your body while watching a monitor, and your actions are photographed and videotaped. If you wear glasses, please consider wearing contact lenses if possible.
Please remove your shoes and participate in the experience wearing socks.
When participating in the Samurai Legend experience, please tie back your hair if it is long. (Hair ties are available for loan.)
Some experiences can be enjoyed while holding your child. However, for safety reasons, we ask that you refrain from participating in the Samurai Legend experience while holding your child.
Once the Samurai Legend experience is over, we will collect the kimonos.

The link is intended solely for use by the customer to whom it was provided.

If your post includes music or other third-party copyrighted content, please ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes use on platforms that have licensing agreements with music rights organizations in Japan. Customers are responsible for the proper management and use of such content.
Yes, you can wash them. We recommend washing the T-shirts and hoodies made at our facility before wearing them. Especially for black T-shirts, there is a possibility of discoloration due to sweat and ultraviolet rays if worn before washing, so please be sure to wash them once before wearing them.
Yes, they can be washed in a dishwasher.
You can upload your experience to various websites, including social media. Please share your wonderful JOYFACTORY experience with your loved ones.
We do not offer shipping services. Please take your finished merchandise home with you on the same day.

As merchandise purchased within the facility is made to order, we generally cannot accept returns. Customers will be required to personally inspect the finished product upon delivery.
Generally, guests are responsible for carrying their own luggage. Large items such as suitcases can be stored free of charge. Please manage your valuables yourself.

Our staff are primarily Japanese speakers. Some staff members speak English. For other languages, we will use a translation software for communication.
Our facility supports Japanese, English, French, Spanish, and Simplified Chinese.
Our various experiences and merchandise production are designed to be enjoyable even for those who don't speak Japanese, as the system supports five languages.
